Horizontal Dimension Text In ISO Drawing Format

Why do we still not have the ability to have our dimension txt set horizontally? I see this has been a very frequent request ove quite a few years?

If we can have a "Note" leader horizontally, why not any dimension? I know the majority of answers is to set your drawing standard to ASME but what if you can't? What if it has to be ISO? (Not sure why not but "What if") Surely this is a simple fix that is required by many users?

Take a look art the January update, you can now create a custom sheet size, which allows you to use the ANSI standard as a start point, but with an ISO sheet size. This will give you an ISO sheet size and ANSI annotations.

Am I right in thinking I need to start from scratch and create a new "mask" as I cannot adjust any of my ISO masks to suit?
