holes multiple in pattern for shelf supports

I am stumped. trying to layout two vertical rows of 5mm dia  1/2" deep holes for shelf pins. I have a panel with dadoes and other features. Need to sketch cut and dimension about 20 holes.

you need to use a pattern using user parameter.
