Hole feature won't pattern

i am trying to create a linear pattern of an feature, but it results in below image.

each pattern created are not identical.(it should be identical, right!)

here the very first one (on the left) is original one and rest are pattern produced via linear pattern produced.

you can see in the below image that 3rd, 5th & 6th pattern misfits the original one.

(this pattern is created between parallel edge taking one of the edge as path, so their is in chance of over lapping)\

someone help me out of this

thank you.pattern issue.png

Hi,

Can you share your design so we can investigate what is going wrong?  If you don't want to post a link to your design here, do email it to me at sanjay.jayabal@autodesk.com.  To share a link to your design, do the following.

1. If you have your design open, from the File menu, choose Share > Share Public Link.  Make sure the option to allow download is checked and send me the url.

2. If you don't have your design open, right click on the file in the Data Panel, choose Share Public Link.  Make sure the option to allow download is checked and send me the url.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.

i didn't saved that file yesterday, but, today i tried something same and again i encountered an error.

here in first image it shows the original work-piece(before applying the pattern)

and in next image , when i applied pattern the original reference pattern changes and so the applied pattern.

in preview if shows exactly what i wanted, but results in something different.

i have also attached the cad file public  link with it(after applying pattern.

Hi,

I am not sure if you used Rule Fillet to achieve some specific geometry or if it was for convenience of selecting all edges of a face!?  I used regular fillets and the pattern works with the "Adjust" option.  While we have the team investigate the issue in your model, I hope removing the Rule Fillet and applying the Fillet command will work for you.  You'll obviously need to select all the edges that need to participate in the fillet.

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal.
