Help with underconstrained points

Using a digitizer board to make a dxf trace and then importing to fusion gives me a sketch with under constrained points.

Ran the following command to see these

Sketch.ShowUnderconstrained

Under constrained points: 2177, under constrained curves: 2062

Is there a way to somehow weld or join or eliminate these points?

I do not think you want to eliminate them, if you do you will lose the spline they are hooked to.  If you want to fix them in place, you could edit the Fusion 360 sketch, window all of them by left click drag left to right, and then select the Fix Constraint form the Constraints menu bar.  Not the best practice but it will do the job.
