Help With Transitions

Any suggestions on how to fix the transitions marked with the red arrows? Unfortunately I didn't notice them until the parts were gouged. I've changed every parameter I can think of and nothing fixes it. Can I modify these lines specifically?

Solved this by splitting into individual operations, but would love to hear other suggestions.

There probably is a better way to solve the problem.  Attaching your file to the thread will help.

p.s. Always run the simulator before running the actual job.
