Help with Shell Command

Hi,

I am currently trying to create a shell around a servo but I keep running into this specific error:

Error: The selected body appears to have already been shelled.
Please check that the body selection is correct, or that the selected body is suitable for shelling.Screen Shot 2018-03-29 at 11.52.29 AM.png

The body was created by stitching a series of face and using the boundary fill function.

I found a similar forum thread but it does not answer my question:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/hollow-out-body/td-p/5474095

Here is the public link to the design: https://a360.co/2E4YrsM

Any help appreciated!

Thanks,

Sean

Downloading the file now, it would have been faster if you had Attached it here.

Shell should be done before the ribs, the mounting bosses, the shaft, the text....

When I open your file and do a Section Analysis I see that the assembly has already been (improperly) Shelled?

Do you have as assembly with a feature Timeline?  Or was this imported?

The error message is quite accurate (I didn't know myself that we detected this case and had this specific error).  The body is indeed already shelled, you can tell if you do a section analysis.  There is also a shell feature in your feature tree:

I didn't see the improper shell and by removing it, I am now able to create a proper shell. Thanks!
