Help with scaling a sheet metal body

I am trying to scale a sheet metal body, so that i can use it to cut a bending jig.

I would like to make the body 1mm shorter in the y direction and .1mm wider in the x direction,

This will adjust for the bend being slightly larger than the form in y, and provide clearance to insert the part to be bent in x.

See file attached.  component clamped spring: sub component BEND JIG.

Hi Jeff,

For better dimensional control in this case, I would use Push and Pull or other parametric features to deform the part. Scale command may not provide the precise control you are looking for. Also, the command operates on the entire body, not just selected geometry.

Many thanks!

Thanks for your time....I need to learn push pull.  I did it with projections and sketches...Your way feels better
