Help with part sharing/organization in a small group

Hi,

Can someone point me to tutorials/FAQ regarding setting up folder structures for sharing between 3-4 teams?  I'm a mentor for a high school robotics team and we're strongly considering switching from Inventor to Fusion 360 to have better collaboration between design teams.  Inventor gives us problems (as I understand) because we don't use Vault, so when students utilize the same assembly drawings/parts, we get corrupt files, lost constraints... lost time.

What we do like is our current procedure of having each subassembly team working in their own folder.

So I'd like to setup a test scenario to see how we might organize the work and share parts/assemblies between teams.

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community!! 

I think we should consider about 2 things. 

1. A360 Team 

Fusion 360 supply A360 cloud system as free. however if you want to expand more, we can use the A360 Team. 

I think this will help.

How to project share and A360 Team information 

2. Project structure. 

If you will use the A360 project as a team we should think about efficiency. because A360 has a bit of limitations to move the file to the other project. therefore before starting a new project, it would be good to set the data structure.
