Help with converting stl to solid body

Is anyone able to convert 2 stl files to solid for me?

I have tried so many times but cannot get it to work.

I need the to be parametric models.

I haven't attempted yet but these are very detailed high-resolution Mesh files...What do you intend to do with them?

This mesh is the result of 3D scanning and has several open areas on the bottom.

This would take an experienced modeler or engineer with the right software designed for reverse engineering (Geomagic Design X, for example) several hours to convert into an accurate CAD model.

As a more experienced Fusion 360 user this would probably take me 20+ hours of modeling in Fusion 360 to replicate somewhat accurately (at least by my own engineering standards of accuracy) .

this is definitely NOT a beginner project.

I agree with @Warmingup1953 that we need more information on what you want to do with the model.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file(s) of your attempt(s) to your local drive and then Attach here to a Reply?
