Help with combining joints

When I use two types of joints on one assembly it kicks an error. I included the link to the test assembly. Any help is appreciated.

I got it to sort of work by un-grounding component 5.  to get it to not move (as if it were grounded) I added an as built ridged joint between it and the grounded joint (component 3).

Then I at least didn't get an error when applying a slider joint between component 1 and component 4.

still some funky ness going on though.
