Help with Chamfers. 30 degree leading into a 51 degree

Im having trouble getting the chamfers modeled on this part there is a 30 degree on each side of the part that runs into a 51 degree angle around the radius on the back of the part. I cant get anything to model correctly. I have uploaded f3d file, copy of the print, and a image I've taken of the original part. Attachments were full so find f3d file in first comment. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I tried that. When I try to blend the 30 degree into the 51 it gives me an error
