Help with a loft

The loft works no problems there...

But I end up with an over hang, if this part was connected such that there was no overhang I would be happy.

Basically if this would machine without and undercut tool that would also be great.

The issue is in component base:1; body1

you need some rails in this loft.  The default point mapping is causing bad geometry.  Rails are the best way to fix that:

Took 3 rails per side. Think I got it now.

Gonna try breaking the loft into segments to avoid the flat spot.
