Help with a flange angle issue...

I can't see what's going wrong here... the two edges are in line, but Fusion wants to make the resulting flanges overlap and intersect? F3D attached.

Can you model this as closely as possible in the desired finished form using with standard tools rather than sheet metal tools?  If so, then I can demonstrate completed design with sheet metal tools.

Any pictures of existing similar part? 2D detail drawing? Something to illustrate the true Design Intent?
