HELP! Sheet metal design for welding

Hi,

I am completing a sheet metal design that requires welding to fasten the design at its four corners (the shape is basically a rectangular box)

Two things I am noticing is that Fusion 360 doesnt seem to have bend rules properly suited to making a design that's weldable, and also you can annotate welds in drawings.

Can someone help with work arounds for both these issues ?

Pulling up all 4 flanges at once using the mitre flange option and changing the mitre gap in the rules can produce tight 'corner to corner' weldable corners, definitely suitable for a rectangular box . When flanges are pulled up separately then fusion seems to go a bit overboard with folding reliefs and clearances which make modelling for welds a pain. Without seeing your model I can't really help more.
