Help on making pattern quickly on plate

I have added a model of the pattern that I'm supposed to make on a plate that 75'' by 18''. I have been just doing lines on a sketch, but it takes way too long to do it. Is there any faster way to do it

you might try something like this-

How did you extrude it at the angles once you had the sketch on the side

Look thru the timeline a bit.  Ask questions about the first thing you don't understand.
