Help: Modelling clearance for socket wrench

I have a 7.82 mm nut inset in this hole( this is the distance from one flat face to another). I would like to know the measurement of the socket wrench used to tighten this, so that i can model the clearance in. Otherwise once my part is made there is no way i can tighten this in. I searched online for dimensions but no success. hope someone has done this before and can help me out.

It doesn't seem that this anything to do with F360.

Look at sockets on Amazon and find one with dimensions, go to a tool or auto parts store and measure yourself, or ask a mfgr.

It could be either 5mm or 5/16".  Sockets are available in standard, thick, and thin wall.

If it were my design, I'd use a socket head machine screw.  This will allow you to use a standard counterbore to model it in Fusion 360.
