help joints are not working!

i took the liberty to make a screencast of where i explain in better detail what im having trouble with.

 

im not a very good english speaker, i apologise if i say something wrong.

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community! Great English! I understood you perfectly! Thank you for posting the screencast, it is very easy to understand the problem you are experiencing. From the video alone, it is difficult to determine why there is a joint failure or what is causing the conflict. There could be many different reasons. Most often, joint failure are caused by small inaccuracies in geometry that cause the geometry to not align perfectly or by other joints. If you look at @kgrunawalt 's post in the below forum discussion, there are some suggestion that may be helpful to this to resolve the conflict.

It may help if you can share the design. Feel free to send me a share link via private message (if you don't want to share it publicly) or to post the archive file or share link here. Once I have the link, I can take a closer look at the design to see what may be causing the conflict.

is there only one file in your project? If it is, please save a F3d instead.
