Help extruding profles generated by parameters

Hello,

I need to extrude profiles from a sketch according to parameter settings.

How can I acheive the extrusion of all profiles from the sketch even

after changing the number of profiles parametrically as in the screencast below?

You'd sketch one circle and extrude-cut it. Then instead of using a sketch pattern you'd "Create->Pattern" the (timeline) feature of that extrude-cut.
