Help broken.

Some pages in the help are blank.

Here's a couple of examples.

Basic training overview

Sculpt / Lesson 1: Creating T-Spline Forms

The old help system shows the pages above ok but direct links to the pages fail!

OK. I re-pushed content live and it appears things have improved. All content loads for me on Windows in Chrome and IE 11 and Mac in Firefox and Chrome. I am getting mixed results using Safari on Mac.

One note, if you experience issues on the Fusion 360 learning site, the old site is still live and the the content is the same. The plan is to remove this site eventually, but it is a work around for now. http://help.autodesk.com/view/NINVFUS/ENU/

Hi Patrick

The problem seems worse in Chrome, it does seem OK in internet explorer though. Someone else is seeing the same problems here. Hope you don't get rid of the old version soon it's a lot easier to read than the new gray and orange version.

Hi everyone, thank you for the feedback.  I wanted to followup on this thread and let you know that there was a technical issue identified, which was resolved the end of last week.  You should not be experiencing blank pages anymore.

If you're still seeing issues, please let us know.

Thank you!

When I'm in the Fusion program, none of the help links or "See What's New" links are working. Nothing happens when I search from help at the top right of the sceen.

I just tested all the links on my machine at home and didn't find anything wrong. How are you searching? through the help menu dropdown? Does it not take you to the learning site with search results populated? What version Fusion are you running?

The links don't take me anywhere. I thought they might launch a tab in
chrome, but nothing happens. I'm running whatever the latest version is
(isn't it always up to date?)

Following-up on this - what is your default browser? This may be a system configuration issue where it is preventing Fusion from either detecting or launching the default browser...

Hmm there may be a bug related to how Fusion runs on a bootcamped setup. We're looking into this now and will keep you posted.

Any luck on this? I can't get to any links that appear in the software. For instance, how do I see my stored data on the web? I'm trying to restore to a previous version of a file and have no way to get to my project on the web. For instance; going to "File; Open Details in A360" gets me knowhere, and I don't see how to navigate to my projects through my browser.

Hello!  Sorry we haven't gotten back to you, I thought that this had been resolved.  Based on your latest post it sounds like there's something else going on.  I see that you've posted your contact information previously.  I'll reach out to you directly so that we can get this figured out.  Thanks for your patience, and apologies for the frustration with this.
