Hello everyone, this is my first time posting, so I hope you can forgive my ignorance with this. I'm trying to create a heart shaped gem and it's proving to be difficult. Making the shape of the heart is simple by using the spline tool, however having the extruded body look like a gem has been my challenge. I've attached pictures as a reference and would greatly appreciate any tips, tricks, or processes that would help me achieve this.
