I found nothing amiss with this Sweep.
@blaster701 is 90% a magic number?
Such a sweep creates a NURBS surface. The “lines” simply indicate the beginning and end of then NURBS surface. There is really no way around this in any CAD software I know and it isn’t a problem, because if modeled correctly the surfaces are usually at least tangent across the seam.
What the other posters suggest does not eliminate the seam, it simply hides it from view.
ok, i just get pedantic, as some suppliers produce exactly what the step shows.. i've just checked the step export in edrawings and it's all good. thanks for the help!
