Having some trouble with lofting

Hi everyone. I'm having an issue with lofting, and am hoping to get some expert guidance here. I am trying to design a swimming pool liner for my free form pool. When I use the loft feature to get the slopes that go to the deep end of the pool, I keep getting folds and rolls that would cause excess immaterial if I had the liner made the way it keeps coming out in the loft. I even used the rails which are curved to guide the forms, but it still does it. I tried making the loft in solid, surface, and modeling, but all do the same thing. Thanks for any advise.

Those pictures are not describing the problem,

Will need the file, to check geometry flow.

https://a360.co/3AYgTkj Hope this helps. I pulled it from my fusion app on my phone. I don't have access to my computer right now.

Your link does not allow download.

I can't see the sketches for the problem areas, and there maybe some artifacts / overlap in the section tool.

Loft into a sharp point should be avoided.  Are the sharp corners at floor - wall areas able to be filleted?

Might help....

Hi,

Please share the file this way.

File > export > save as f3d on local drive  > attach it to the next post.

OK, so i tried to re-create this model in solid this morning. I got a decent loft, but now it won't shell from the top like I need it to. I don't understand that, but I saved what I have and here it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would start this from scratch and not use any 3D sketching as that is not needed at this point.

Make sure your sketches are fully defined (constrained and dimensioned).

I've got this lofted (using surfaces) and shelled, but I personally would never send this to anyone for manufacturing.
