Having an issue joining geometry and not quite sure where to look to resolve issue

I am attempting to take an HVAC system designed in Revit and run it through Autodesk CFD.

I had no issues exporting it from Revit and then cleaning up the model and streamlining it in Fusion 360, but I have a feeling it isn't completely watertight to go to CFD. The issue I am running into is I am not quite sure where I am having the issue I need to resolve because the error I am receiving is very generic.

I receive the same error if I try to combine the components or try to make a fluid volume.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

My offhand guess is that the Revit geometry might be a little less precise than Fusion's modeler requires, so there is not clear overlap or adjacency with some bodies.  We would need to see the model itself to be certain, can you share it here?  But, it may require some modifications to be clean enough to Combine.  Boundary Fill is another option...

I was trying to not send all the other parts of the model, but I don't know how to separate them outside of exporting an individual component as a mesh...so here is the whole model.
