Guitar Knob design

Hello Gurus,

One of my guitar knob is broken and I wanted to sketch one the same as the original, but the chafer tool can't seem to get the right shape, suggestion?

Can’t see any chamfer.

I would use a side and top sketch, 

2 extrudes (2nd one as Intersect)

2 small fillets, and a socket extrude.
