Ghosts shapes in Pattern preview

Now that you mention it I noticed something similar to this yesterday, but I was in a huge hurry and didn't have time to look into it.

Yep it's repeatable with your file. I even tried different display modes, same thing....

Good catch, Ben!

It appears that the preview is confused by the component position. I have reported it to the development team for investigation (The ID is FUS-28127 for tracking purpose). It looks bad, fortunately, the final result is correct after clicking OK. 

Hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks again for letting us know the issue.

Good news! This is being fixed in the up-coming Jan update!
