Getting parametric right

I cannot get my head around how to use parametric design on my model.

It is a sink plug that suppose to adapt to different sizing requirements and the only parameters that matter are

1. top_radius
2. bottom_radius
3. height

Is it possible that I can use parametric modeling to acheive my goal so that by changing the 3 parameters, all other dimensions will adjust to the changes.

Attached is the rugged parametric box which illustrate the idea, by chaning some paramters, the whole model adapts to it.

You answered your own question. Yes, that can be done.

Your 1st sketch simply isn't quite fully dimensioned or constrained. Once that is done, you need to start changing parameters and see if the sketch behaves as desired.
