Steve Hooper mentioned on the AU in Vegas that the generative design tool will be available in Fusion 360 ultimate.

Has anyone an idea how this will be done is it in the next update off Fusion 360.

Autodesk Generative Design (formerly Dreamcatcher) is a standalone program. It is not integral to Fusion. Look for more information in the coming weeks with how to access the tech preview.

This was mentioned as well at AU in 2016. I believe in the meantime they've come to their senses.

Given where Fusion 360 is at the moment it would be beyond silly to integrate generative design into Fusion 360.
