For some strange reason, all of my Gen Design studies have failed the past three days. No outcomes appear as in progress status and no I get no results. I am not running a tremendously complicated study so it puzzles me. I went back and re-ran a previous study for which I had many successful results and that study now fails also. I double checked that my account includes Gen Design for Fusion and I have been reading all the helpful content on the message board, trying what I can that might apply to my situation. I went back to all my previous submitted Gen studies and deleted the studies in case they are 'clogging up' the cue.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
