Probably not a bug. This is one reason not to use too many control points, rails and profiles 😉
Except I need these to form the needed shape.
@Anonymous
This is just how it should work when you have profiles with too much control points difference in numbers
I see that your profiles are kind of similar to each other, so I guess you can remake these profiles while keeping in mind to achieve the same amount of points for every profile
You might think that "I can't get the shape I want if I didn't use more points" but actually you can do so just by manipulating the handles of the spline points

This is a never ending problem for me. The more experience I get the less it is a problem but I have G1/G2 and not coincident errors almost daily. Delete and redraw seems to be the only solution. Something that took be for ever to learn is G1 and G2 are tangent conditions. I am not sure why the error does not simply say "not tangent".
@Anonymous @Anonymous @TrippyLighting
the original cad model is not shared so I cannot 100% say that it is a bug but it can easily be one too.
truth is that the sketch engine in Fusion is riddled with bugs that can render it problematic to use.
failing coincident and g1 g2 constraint and such are a common issue with it as well as rails not intersecting profiles
or not being allowed to be tangent to profiles.
those bugs are around 2 years old
Autodesk states not many of their users experience such issues because of the type of model they make
and as such those bugs get less attention to be fixed.
so be aware of when you create designs in fusion that step out of the box cylinder form vocabulary that those issues can happen!

@Anonymous No you are not
users like us we need more refined tools for product design seem to be the minority in the user base
‘hence less Dev focus for us
maybe if more make their case know. Things could be adjusted
