Fusion360 browser version does not allow to show/hide bodies

If I try the "right  click" on a body, the only option is delete. If I "right click" on top of the Bodies folder, it shows the Show/Hide option, but doesn't do anything after I select that option.

I'm using Chrome on Ubuntu 16.04.

Hi Ricardo

Unfortunately we currently do not support show/hide bodies at all (but are working on it) so the context menu is a bug.

I will open a ticket.

Thanks for the feedback

Has this been fixed in the meantime? I have the same issue, cannot show all objects and thus have to dig into the tree to show objects again.

Hi

Fusion Browser does now support show/hide bodies.

You can click on the light bulb in the component browser to toggle a single body, or the whole tree (per component) or use the right-click context menu.

Thanks for following up.

Well, if you hide some of the bodies of a group "bodies", the only way of enabling them (as far as I know) is to switch them on via their own lightbulb. Toggling the group does not enable them again.

And if you export the geometry, the hidden parts are not exported and thus are missing.

I hope I just did not find the functionality, but in simstudio at least there was a show all components/bodies which did work.

Hi

The hide/unhide workflow in Browser and Desktop is a toggle. So you are right, I don't believe it forces the children to be either on or off, when clicking the lightbulb.

As for the Browser, unfortunately the browser version of Fusion does not currently support groups. And the context menu commands are simply a subset of the the Model workspace.

All the best

Jason
