Fusion STL files not the correct size?

I've been exporting my Fusion 360 parts to STL and then loading them into Repetier Host to print. however they are never the size that I have them drawn at. I'm printing to a Solidoodle 4

 

I'm unsure if the problem is the export, if I happen to use MeshMaker, or Repetier... 

 

Has anyone had any luck with any of this?

Like to add if you setup to export direct to your slicer Fusion will scale to mm.

Set custom on the STL export dialog and Fusion will automatically scale to mm when it send the stl to your slicer.
