Fusion sketch inserting (same as sketch block in other software)

Can someone please help me with one issue: I need to regularly draw the same sketch with the same parameters on different parts in similar locations, sometimes modifying it. Is there a way in Fusion to create a universal sketch in advance and then simply import it onto the desired plane or surface, repeating this operation multiple times, saving time?
I'd like to import a sketch with Fusion capabilities, bindings, parameters, and axes, rather than a .dxf file that doesn't have any of these.

Sketch blocks do not exist in Fusion.

Create a separate base part file with the sketch and then copy it to other files.

No, the solution has not been found, their answers are not useful to me, they neither help nor refute the possibility of what I want to do.

I also have been asking this for years, sketch blocks (like in Inventor or SolidWorks) would solve yours and mine issues

This is the closest thing to making a functional sketch block

Thank you, I didn't find a solution, but most likely this phrase of yours is the answer.
