Fusion part list customizability

I am currently working on creating a drawing for an assembly file in fusion. The drawing needs to have a BOM, or parts list. However, the current part list pulls from component properties, and those properties only include Part Number, Part Name, Description, but no Stock Number.

Is there a way to add custom property fields?

If not, I'm open to inputting stock numbers manually into the parts list table. But, the parts list table in the fusion drawing is uneditable, meaning you can't add another column.

Any way to solve this issue? I'd prefer if it didn't require Excel.

Hi @zhenhaoYRZPC

It’s not currently possible to add a custom column linked to the model. You could re-purpose part number as a stock number, as your part numbers appear to be the same as the part name.

But another option would be to create a custom table next to the parts list, this could be a single column, lined up next to the parts list with the information you wish to add. But obviously this is a manual workaround.

I know this is not ideal, our longer term plan is to give you more flexibility.
