Fusion Mastery intermediate, 8-sketching basics

Hi

I have been following the fusion mastery courses but have got to the FSAE steering wheel 2v1, I have placed the .25 hole but it will not fully define even it I do the circular pattern for the other mounting bolts.

I am using 2.0.8176 Fusion 360 personal.
