Sorry to hear of the trouble.
The log shows a timeout error (WinError 10060). This means we were waiting for a reply from the server that never came. Some things to check out:
- Although the log shows no proxy server in use check your Windows environment settings for the entry HTTP_PROXY. If exists, remove it.
- Check to see if your local firewall is blocking return calls from our server.
- In some cases the antivirus package being used will block the access.
- Another program is using network resources.
- The network itself is really slow. Can go to www.speedtest.net to check your upload/download speeds. Can also try on another network to see if it's the network or something on the computer.
