Fusion is not updating.

Fusion is not updating. Here's my Log file attached. Is there any way to get updated version without uninstalling.

Hi,

 

Sorry to hear of the trouble. 

 

The log shows a timeout error (WinError 10060). This means we were waiting for a reply from the server that never came. Some things to check out:

  • Although the log shows no proxy server in use check your Windows environment settings for the entry HTTP_PROXY. If exists, remove it.
  • Check to see if your local firewall is blocking return calls from our server.
  • In some cases the antivirus package being used will block the access.
  • Another program is using network resources.
  • The network itself is really slow. Can go to www.speedtest.net to check your upload/download speeds. Can also try on another network to see if it's the network or something on the computer.
