Hello all I was wondering if it is at all possible in fusion to take a 3D body and flatten it out and or create a 2D sketch from it? Which would then allow me to print out the object flat and form it. Thanks in advance.

For such a simple shape, it would be easy to create it from scratch in the Sheet Metal workspace. It's hard to tell from the image if it is a section of a truncated cone or a section of a cylinder. In either case, this screencast by @Anonymous should help.
