Fusion crashes on Windows via MAC

Does anybody here have problems with Fusion 360? I've got Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 running on a MacBook. Everytime when I open a FIle in Fusion 360 I can look at it for about 10 seconds then my screen becomes black for 3 seconds and after that I can only restart Fusion 360 for another try, without any success. If you have any suggestion solving my problem, please text me!

Hi, sorry to hear that.

I use Win 7 (though not home version but Enterprise version) on MacBook Pro.

Can you please provide configuration details of your Macbook (including graphics card details)?

Also, Can you try these 3 things -

From the name drop down on top right, please go to preferences. Change to DirectX9

F360_directx9.PNG

Change the selection style to simple in preferences->graphics

F360_display_normal.PNG

switch off display effects (from the display settings at the bottom middle)

Let me know if this helps.

We will look at your crash error report in the meantime.

Thanks,

Anand
