Thank you for the log files. There seems to be an error during the login authentication process (a bit of a guess).

Can you try the below procedure?

Remove the LoginState.xml file and Restart Fusion 360:
Mac OS
1. (Close Fusion 360) In Terminal, type the below command and press enter
open ~/library/
2. In the Subsequent Finder window (Macintosh HD > Users > %Profile% > Library), browse to
~/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Web Services
3. In the Web Services Directory, locate the file LoginState.xml
4. Right click on LoginState.xml and select Move to Trash
5. Restart Fusion 360

Windows
1. (Close Fusion 360) In windows explorer browse to %localappdata%\autodesk\web services
2. In the Web Services directory, right lick on the LoginState.xml file and select delete
3. Restart Fusion 360

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any questions!

It not worked yet.
There is no such folder in the directory you specified.
The installation is locked in the 0% point.

I disabled the firewall, antivirus also.
I do not understand why it crashes the streaming of Autodesk program.

I also did the fusion uninstallation as recommended on the site and still have not been able to install it again.

Hi,

Can you try these steps to see if they help:

  1. Close all windows and restart the system.
  2. When logged back in open Explorer.
  3. Navigate to this folder location: c:\users\{yourusername}\appdata\local\autodesk
  4. You should see a folder called "webdeploy". Delete this folder.
  5. Now rename the folder called "Web Services" to "Web Services Old".
  6. Next navigate to the c:\users\{yourusername}\downloads
  7. Double-click the Fusion 360 Client Downloader file. This should restart the installation.
  8. Once the install is complete you should be at the login screen.

If this fails at any point, please send us the file autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log which can be found in c:\users\{yourusername}\appdata\local\autodesk.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

It sounds like you follow the manual clean uninstall procedure below, is that correct?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Did you skip any part of the process?

Can you upload a copy of the installation log file? The below link details how to obtain the file.
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Una...

Please upload a copy of the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log. It may contain more information about the error that we can use to help you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Thank you for the installation log files and the addition screenshots. It seems that the application is successfully being installed, as far as I can tell.

From the screenshots, it looks like the application hangs when the sign-in window appears. Are you ever prompted to submit an error message to Autodesk? I tried looking in our error reporting system, but I did not locate any reports associated with your e-mail address.

Is it possible that the graphics driver for the video card needs to be updated?

Depending on your video card, you may want to check the manufacturer's website.

Are there any other error messages that appear?

Could you try right clicking on the launch icon and selecting "Run As Administrator" to see if that will help?

Is the a home, school, or work network that you're launching Fusion 360 on?

I look forward to your reply. Please let me know if you have any questions...

Best,
