Fusion 360 won't Revolve Profile to create a New Body

As part of a school project I am creating a rocket using Fusion 360. The instructions require us to amend an existing rocket base profile with a new profile and then use the Revolve tool to create a New Body.  The New Body is mandatory since the instructions require head and base to be separated in later steps.  But for some reason, this operation only creates the body as highlighted in blue (see my 3rd screengrab).  Can anyone offer me some advice please?
