Fusion 360 will not launch

The error dialog box is titled "NLauncherConfigurer.exe" The message: "The program can't start because acge222.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this error." So I tried to uninstall Fusion from control panel so I could do a clean install. When I try to uninstall, I get another error window titled "Windows Script Host" with the message "Could not find uninstaller to launch." Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @llee,

Could you try to do a clean uninstall which is described in the knowledge article here.

You may want to delete several folders and files manually before you re-install.
