Fusion 360 vs Fusion Cloud

HI I am part of the reseller newtork however I have no understanding of what the difference is between Fusion 360 and Fusion cloud? Is it that Fusion 360 you can save locally and Fusion Cloud you can only save to the cloud?

There is no functional difference. I believe it is just truly different nomenclature and SKU's over the years as the product branding/back end has changed. 

In terms of the product itself it is the exact same thing.
