Hi I've just created a clean installed of OS x Yosemite. I created two accounts, the initial account is an iCloud account and has full admin rights. Fusion 360 installs fine there.
The second account was a standard user with Parental Controls turned on. Fusion 360 failed to install with the following error:
So I figure it was something to do with admin rights. However, when I looked up how to install as administrator, it seems Fusion 360 doesn't adhere to that standard? The Apple help documentation says it automatically prompts for the admin password, but that event never occurs.
I cut my losses and made this account an administrator, if only temporarily, then restarted the Macbook. Logged back in and retried the installation. But I get the same error. There is no Library folder in the "tayla" account folder. I suppose it could be a hidden folder, but I can't see how to turn those on easily in OS x like you would in Windows and there is no way I can see to paste a path into Finder to force it to display that folder.
Currently this is a show stopper... what should I do next?

I had to copy it from finder to the desktop, so it could be navigated to from the choose file dialog in safari. Any tips for how to paste paths into that kind of dialog? Go To Folder doesn't seem to be available in that scenario. I know that question is outside of the scope of this forum, but if anyone can help expand my mind, that would be great.
Anyhow, Kevin, please find the log file attached. You will have to go back to the 2nd Nov since that's when it wouldn't install. For whatever reason, this morning at the first attempt it installed... I haven't changed anything overnight after the last two attempts yesterday. Hopefully the log file will paint the picture for the dev team.

Yes it is all working now. The only thing I can think I did, was browse to that folder before installing it this morning, which shouldn't make any difference really.
