Fusion 360 Text editing

Hi, i am using Fusion 360 creating object to 3D print, i am still learning,......

i want to use a custom font to print batches for my car, i have the windows font and that i can use in Fusion 360.

The text can be placed, exploded, extruded, so far so good. I want to have nice and smooth corners, that's where troubles show up.

There is always a part, corner or junction where fillit does not do what i want, messing up the batch.

i thought maybe the way to go is redraw the letters and go from there. So typing the text, create a sketch, redraw en than make a fillet etc etc.

are there any other suggestions to make ?

thanks !

This thread may help a little.

This thread shows how to create an stl from a sketch with many short lines and/or splines.  You may be able to use it to create better outlines for your letters.

Attach a file (Export and save as Archive (*.f3d)) with several letters in the font at the size you need them to be.  It will be easier to show you this way.
