Fusion 360 Subscription Expired Issue - Unable to Access Subscription

Hello,
I have a Fusion 360 subscription that is valid until July, but I am encountering an issue where it shows as expired. When I log in to my account, the subscription is not visible, and I cannot access any of my previous work.
I have already tried reaching out to Autodesk support via live chat, but I have not received any response for several hours. I also tried calling local distributors, but I could not reach anyone due to the weekend.
Could anyone please help me with this issue? Is there any other way to resolve this, or should I wait for support to get back to me?
