Fusion 360 plane when starting a sketch

Hello, when starting a sketch in fusion 360 my planes used to look like this Plane fusion 360.PNG

But now after an update it looks like this

How do I go back because I am trying to follow a video and for some reason the plane being like that messes up the thing.

From the Navigation Bar> Environment select Dark Sky

2. Go to Preferences> Default Modelling Orientation>Y Up

3. Create a new document to see the changes

In addition to the environment, it also looks like you have switched to a "Z-up" orientation.  If you want to go back to "Y-up", use this preference, and choose "Y-up":
