Fusion 360 Mac: How to add linked component?

Hello, 

I just started using Fusion 360 and I was wondering how you add a component from one design file into another.

Here is a screenshot:

I created the component "1621 RPM HD Precision Planetary Gearmotor" in a design in the same file, and I would like to import multiple copies of the component into a new design. However, I can't seem to find instructions on how to do so anywhere on the tutorials. Are there any tutorials for how to do so?

An easy way is just drag and drop from the data panel or right click and select insert into current design.
