Fusion 360 frozen (grey, unusable new Untitled, can't even quit) Mac OS

I've been enjoying Fusion 360 for about a year or so now.  Just went to do some designing this evening and it's inoperative.  Image attached.

Ran the web installer and all is well. Phew.
