Help CADing a clock

I want to model the attached clock with Fusion 360 but I'm not sure how to create anything more than basic shapes.  Can someone please help me out?

Definitely go through this set of tutorials first. They've gone through a lot of different versions of "getting started" type information to arrive at a pretty succinct set of tutorials. Look here: http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/learn-training-tutorials

I had a go at the early stages for practise, two sketches, not dimensioned, so you can move the shape/s to your own taste,

Loft tool made the solid body, it's turn off,

You can then pattren 12 segments for the clock faces, etc.
