Fusion 360 file storage

I am working with a business that wants to update their current drafting software and would like to use Fusion 360. If you have the time I would like some answers to the questions we have.

1.) Where are our files stored on the cloud server?

2.) If we do not share our files can anyone else access them and use them?

3.) Is there anyway to easily store and access our files locally?

4.) Is there anyway to easily work offline and keep our designs private?

Thank you for your time.

Thanks for the inquiry. I believe the below answers will help with your questions.

1. There is a Fusion 360 security white paper below that may help with this question about storage, privacy, and security.

http://static-dc.autodesk.net/content/dam/autodesk/www/products/new-fusion-360/images/try-buy/144787...

You may also review the information available in the Autodesk Trust Center.

2. You do NOT have to share your designs and they are private. If you do not explicitly share the design, the design will be kept private. Other users will not be able to access those design unless they are purposely granted access. I note that you can revoke a access at any time to a project or a shared design.

3. You can export archive files, and you can work offline.  The experiences is designed to be connected. You do need to periodically connect, and you will lose version history while working offline.

4. See 3 above or this link

I hope that helps!

Thanks,
