is there any difference if i choose the Intel G4400 over the i3 Processor?

it's little cheaper..

is it have any effect on this kind on software?

Intel i3-7100 3.9GH

and other is 

Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz

One of those Pentiums from the near past was somehow overclockable like crazy, not sure if this is the one. If you like to get some data to both CPUs check this
